八神純子さんの「みずいろの雨」のボーカルカバー。熊本県天草のホテルイベントで八神さんと共演したことがきっかけで歌い始めました。ライブ録音で少し目が粗いですが大好きな録音です。
This song was a great hit in 1978. ''Mizuiro no Ame'' (Rain drops with the color of skyblue) composed and sung by Jyunko Ygami. We met her at the festival event in the hotel in Amakusa 2 years ago and we were all impressed and inspiered by her beautiful voice a lot. This was our tribute to her.

アカペラとしては少しマイナーなカバーかもしれませんが、隙間が多いアレンジがたまらなく魅力的な演奏です。このテイクでは北村はベースに徹していますが、所々で2拍4拍のリムショットをベースを歌いながら入れています。
One of my impressive recording with HamojiN is this Stylitics's cover ''People Make the World Go Around''. I am singing base. No drums here but I made noise at beat 2 and 4 in some places. I love its spacy atomosphere.

私がThe Idea of Northと初めて出会ったのが2014年の韓国でのVocal Asia。それがきっかけとなり、シドニーに呼んでいただいて初めてのコンサートを開きました。その後、レコーディングの機会をいただき、このような映像を作りました。シドニーのABCスタジオにて録音。
This film was the first official work with preivous member of The Idea of North. I was perfroming Vocal Drums from the middle of the song, and it was a great vibe. It was great honor to be part of the music in Australia.

The Idea of Northに私が正式に加入して、５人編成になってから初めての録音です。メルボルンから車で2時間のCape Petersonにある個人宅を貸し切って1週間住み込みで録音をしました。背後に海が広がる雄大な景色の中で、メンバーと寝食を共にしながら録音した経験は大きかったです。録音では北村のボイスパーカッションが全面にフィーチャーされています。
It was my first recording with new version of 'The Idea of North'. I am peforming as the fifth member of this group, playing Vocal Drums in this arrangement. Something you might feel strange because it sounds like a real drums. But all the sounds actually came from our voices. I hope you enjyoy and dance together.
